Elon Musk has ruled on Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s defamation trial following Friday’s final arguments.
Depp, 58, has filed a lawsuit against ex-wife Heard, 36, following a 2018 opinion piece that spoke of being a victim of domestic violence.
Although the Pirates of the Caribbean star was not named in the piece, he said it affected his life and career, with studies not wanting to work with him after the allegations.
Musk, 50, was raised during the trial after Depp accused Heard of having an affair with the founder of Tesla and SpaceX during his marriage, including a trio with model Cara Delevingne, 29, which Heard said. he denied.
The business tycoon broke his silence on the procedure after the final arguments, sharing his thoughts on Depp and Heard.
Musk responded to a tweet from MIT researcher scientist Lex Fridman, who had written: “My comments on the Johnny Depp trial against Amber Heard: 1. Fame is a hellish drug (for some).
I hope both of you move on. At their best, they are all amazing.

Musk wrote in response, “I hope they both move on. At their best, they’re all amazing.”
He and Heard had briefly left in 2017 after Depd’s separation from Heard, following their first meeting in 2013 on the set of the film Machete Kills.

The verdict in the Depp and Heard case is now awaited, after the jury heard six weeks of evidence from both parties and their witnesses.
The jury has been sent home over the weekend to return Tuesday to begin deliberations.
