Prince Albert’s police are investigating a Saturday morning shooting as a homicide.
At 5:30 a.m., police responded to a report and found a man shot in the 1000th block of 8th Street East. A 32-year-old man was taken by ambulance to Victoria Hospital, where he died of his injuries.
Police are still in the area to further their investigation and are asking people with surveillance systems in the area to report any suspicious activity to the police by calling the police at 306-953-4222 or Crime Stoppers at 1- 800-222-8477. Tips can also be sent online to
