The CEO of Tesla has spoken out in the true fashion of Elon Musk after the news broke that he secretly had twins with one of his top executives.
Elon Musk has spoken out after the news that he quietly welcomed the twins with one of his company’s top executives late last year.
Business Insider released court documents Thursday that Tesla CEO had twins with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis in November 2021.
According to the media, a petition was filed to change the names of the twins in order to “have their father’s surname and contain the mother’s surname as part of their middle name.”
The head of SpaceX took to Twitter and alluded to the news of the baby tweeting about the “underpopulation crisis.”
“Doing everything we can to help the crisis of underpopulation. The collapse of the birth rate is the greatest danger of civilization [sic] face from afar, “he wrote.

In the follow-up tweets, the billionaire added, “Mark my words, they are sadly true” and “I hope you have large families and congratulations to those who already do!”
The twins were born a few weeks before Musk and now ex-girlfriend Grimes welcomed their second child, a girl named Exa Dark Sideræl, as a surrogate in December 2021. They also share a two-year-old son X Æ A- Xii.
The employer is now the father of 9 children.
He shares 18-year-old twins Vivian Jenna and Griffin, and three 16-year-old twins, Kai, Saxon and Damian, with his first wife, Justine Wilson.
Her eldest son, Nevada, tragically died at the age of ten weeks of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome in 2002.
This isn’t the first time Musk has shared his thoughts on rising birth rates.
Last year, the CEO of Tesla told the annual Wall Street Journal CEO Council that “there are not enough people” in the world.
“I think one of the biggest risks to civilization [sic] it’s the low birth rate and the declining birth rate is rapidly declining, ”he said.
“Please look at the numbers: if people have no more children, civilization will collapse, mark my words.”
