The street was teaming up with visitors for fundraising from a rugby club at a house when the venue allegedly faced a parking complaint in its own way.
Police allegedly jumped the fences to try to get away from the police, before being found in the backyard of neighbor Kathryn Butson.
He said officers “called for him to come down to the ground.”
“It’s worrisome,” Butson said.
Neighbor Melissa Boardman said she was “scared.”
“Thinking there are kids out there and someone has a shotgun, you know it’s scary,” he said.

Officers are looking for a serrated shotgun.
Police said while trying to escape, the accused shooter injured his legs and was taken to Royal Perth Hospital under police guard.
A magistrate told him through an audio link that he was facing very serious charges and put him in jail.
