Ella Baig and Nicola Adams have welcomed their first child: a child!
They shared the news on Instagram Monday morning next to a first photo of the baby’s feet, with their hands around them; they have not yet revealed the name.
She, 24, and Nicola, 39, who previously revealed that it took four rounds of in vitro fertilization to get pregnant, wrote about their love for their son.
Ella Baig has given birth! The 24-year-old model and his boxing girlfriend Nicola Adams, 39, welcomed a boy and shared the first photo on Instagram on Monday.
A special moment: the couple also shared this photo of themselves while they were together in the delivery room
Announcement: She shared this sweet caption alongside the post as they let her fans know her good news
And on Monday, model Ella wrote: “We are very excited to announce to the world that @babydamsadventures has arrived.
“The first moment we saw you we felt an instant love and the strongest bond. We went to the moon and looked for you again and we look forward to spending the rest of our lives watching you grow up ❤️ #babyboy #twomoms #twomums. ‘
The baby already has their own Instagram account and in addition to the first photo, the couple also shared a photo of them in the delivery room.
She had a cesarean section while Nicola was by her side with love.
A look back: She previously showed off her flowery baby shot in a tight white dress while posing in a beloved photo with her girlfriend Nicola in May
In May, Ella hit the trolls after last month she shared beautiful photos of her belly.
The model took to Instagram to post photos of herself in a gray dress cradling her flower stroke while criticizing online trolls for her hateful comments about her pregnancy.
In a lengthy headline, Ella said she and her boxing ex-girlfriend often see comments about how her baby isn’t really hers because it’s “biologically impossible.”
She responded to the “cruel” trolls and asked why people could not be happy to know that their baby will be loved, instead of questioning them for using IVF and a sperm donor.
The couple, who have been together for four years, conceived after their fourth round of IVF, after having started their fertility treatment in 2019.
In her Instagram post, Ella said she was aware that she and Nicola could not have had a child without medical intervention, but said the harsh comments from people were the reason there was a stigma around the IVF.
She wrote, “You see a lot of comments about how this is not ‘our’ child because this is ‘biologically’ impossible and we’re not parents … we all know we couldn’t have done this without medical intervention, trust. I know. .
“But it makes me think that’s why there’s a problem around IVF and fertility because people are so cruel. The fact that a child isn’t biologically yours and hasn’t been created ‘naturally,’ that doesn’t mean say not your child!
“Why can’t people be happy knowing that the child will be loved and desired?”
Exciting: the couple, who have been together for four years, conceived after their fourth round of IVF, having started fertility treatment in 2019.
She also attacked people for giving her and Ella a “hard time” when there are parents who don’t “stay to do the job” as parents, comparing absent parents to sperm donors.
“There are too many children who come into this world with so-called parents who are just donors … not parents. But are they having a hard time with us ?! she said.
“This is a donor just like all the men here doing babies and they don’t stay to do the work! You really need to learn the difference.
She talked about the need for a cesarean instead of a natural birth when she appeared in Loose Woman with Strictly Nicola star in April.
On the chat show, Ella, who says she “always wanted to take her child,” said she hoped to “recover” pretty quickly after the birth.
She told the ITV panel: “It’s been a few years. We’ve been through 3 cycles of IVF. We had a failure, a miscarriage and a baby.
“I’m in the second trimester now, so past the hard part. Unfortunately, I had very, very severe morning sickness.
He added: “It was brutal. It smelled funny and sickly. I was very worried. I kept asking ‘are you sure you want to try it again’ and I was worried it was too soon, but luckily everything is fine.
Nicola admitted that he “didn’t realize how IVF looked outside of sport” after believing that people did it just “so they could focus on their work.”
The ex-boxer froze her eggs during her career as an elite athlete, using one to impregnate Ella with the help of a sperm donor.
Opening: arrives after Ella has previously confirmed that she will have a cesarean section instead of a natural birth after a difficult journey to conceive
She explained, “Yes. I was recommended [freeze my eggs]. I didn’t realize how IVF looks outside of the sports perspective.
“So I support all women in every business and career. I just thought a lot of people were just doing this so they could focus on their work.
The couple in love recently made a genre revelation that consisted of showing a splashed canvas of blue and pink paint before pulling out the letters to uncover the words, “He’s a boy!”.
Explaining the idea behind the revelation, Ella said: “We had a bit of a hesitation when it came to making one because it is controversial in the LGBTQ + community.
“We tried to do it to raise awareness about gender stereotypes, so we started with pink and blue and destroyed everything when we revealed I was a kid.”
Parents also describe the process of selecting a sperm donor as “how to buy”.
She said, “You can see a picture of the baby and a lot of information about them. It’s literally like shopping.”
When the Loose Women asked if they expect to have more children, the model said, “We’re planning but for now we’re not considering it.”
Nicola also revealed how he has started acting even though he expects his child to want to box.
She said, “Yeah, there’s definitely going to be a lot of pressure. Right now I’m working on my acting career. It was one of my passions alongside boxing.
‘Now I have a chance to do it now. I’m doing classes, self-tapas. It’s going very well. ‘
