The 38-year-old socialite and her husband James Matthews, 46, welcomed a girl a few weeks ago, according to People magazine.
The couple has two more children: a son named Arthur Michael William who was born in October 2018 and a daughter named Grace Elizabeth James who was born in March 2021.

Pippa reportedly gave birth to her three children in the Lindo wing of St Mary’s Hospital.
London Maternity Hospital is also where the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge welcomed the world of Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
Pippa’s baby’s body was displayed in a bright green dress at the Feast at the Palace concert, which celebrated Queen Elizabeth’s platinum jubilee last month in front of Buckingham Palace.
She was joined by her husband and brother James Middleton and his wife Alizée Thévenet.
Pippa and James were married at St Mark’s Church in Englefield in 2017 and are reported to have spent around £ 15 million (A $ 26 million) on a Georgian mansion in Berkshire, according to the Daily Mail.
His cottage is about a 20-minute drive from his parents ’current Michael and Carole Middleton property in Bucklebury.
It is understood the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will move to Adelaide Cottage in Windsor, which is also in Berkshire, with their three children.
According to The Times, both Kate and Pippa’s children will start a new private school in September.
