FortisBC says they expect electricity to be restored around 10:30 p.m.
The disruption is due to a computer failure, they said.
We are working to repair an electrical fault in the Dilworth Mountain area of Kelowna, caused by a computer failure. We hope that electricity will be restored to the 490 affected customers around 10:30 pm and we thank everyone for their patience because the equipment is working safely and as quickly as possible.

About 490 houses on Kelowna’s Dilworth Mountain are without electricity.
FortisBC reports that the lights went out shortly before 5 p.m., affecting a Summit Drive neighborhood.
The cause of the interruption and when it will be restored is unknown.
