Raheem Sterling has thanked Manchester City and their fans in a farewell message as he prepares to be announced as a Chelsea player.
The English winger is moving for a fee of up to £ 50 million and has flown to Los Angeles to join Chelsea’s pre-season preparations. His transfer will be confirmed on Wednesday.
