It’s Monday, which means the Veto ceremony will take place inside the Big Brother 24 house today! This week’s Veto winner will have to make a decision on what to do with power. As we know from last night’s episode of Big Brother, Jasmine is the head of the family this week and named Taylor and Pooch for the eviction. Read on to find out if these names will change or stay the same at BB24’s Week 2 veto ceremony!
Jasmine nominated Taylor and Pooch for the eviction and Jasmine let us know that Taylor had to be her target. However, shortly after winning the Head of the House Contest, Pooch came to her and offered to work as a pawn to help her get Taylor out. I didn’t know that by offering to get on the blog, I would give a great idea to Jasmine, her allies, and a few other people in the house. Instead of taking out Taylor this week, which is not a threat to his game, they could take out Pooch as it will be harder to take out later.
The Power of Veto Competition took place on Saturday at Big Brother’s house and Michael won the Power of Veto Comp for the second time this season. The only difference from last week is that Michael doesn’t need to be saved with that, but he could choose to get Taylor or Pooch off the block. Since Michael doesn’t work with Pooch at all, it wouldn’t make sense for him to take Pooch off the blog.
For a short time, there was a plan for Michael to use Taylor’s Veto, so no one would be tempted to vote for her against Pooch, which is the goal this week. However, sometime between the nomination ceremony and the veto contest, that plan changed and Ameerah, Terrance and Michael were asked to keep the nominations the same if they gained the power of the veto. For now, it looks like it’s still the plan and Pooch seems to be getting a little nervous about being on the block.
It looks like we can expect this week’s nominations to stay the same and Pooch will still be voted out of this week’s eviction. Do you think getting Pooch out now is still the right step?
