Missing teenager found safe

The Penticton RCMP is pleased to confirm that the 16-year-old female reported missing on August 2, 2022 has been located and is safe and sound.

Penticton RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenage girl who has not been seen since last Tuesday, July 26th.
Police received a report that Marissa Frostad was missing on Saturday.
Penticton RCMP said they are concerned for her safety and well-being.
Frostad is believed to still be in the South Okanagan region, or possibly headed to Kelowna.
Frostad is described as:
- Caucasian female
- 16 years
- pink hair
- Blue eyes
- His last known clothing description was not known
“If you are seeing this Marissa, please contact the Penticton RCMP or a local police station immediately,” said Cst. Dayne Lyons, media relations officer for the Penticton RCMP, said in the press release.
“We hope members of the public will be on the lookout for Marissa or contact us if you know where she may be.”
