MAFS’ Olivia Frazer and Jackson Lonie announce shock split after 10 months together

Married At First Sight stars Olivia Frazer and Jackson Lonie have announced they have split after 10 months together.

The couple shared the news in a joint Instagram post on Monday, saying they planned to remain friends and have nothing but “respect for each other.”

“After 10 wonderful months together, we have decided to go our separate ways,” the post began.

“There has always been a lot of love in our relationship and it will continue to be there as we transition into a friendship.

“We have nothing but love and respect for each other, and no one is to blame for the end of this relationship. Just a case of ‘almost perfect.’

“We hope you can all show compassion as we navigate privately. Love, Liv and Jack xx.”

The couple did not give a reason why they ended their relationship in the post.

Olivia and Jackson met at MAFS, and their romance seemed to grow after they left the experiment.

However, they have recently been hit by drama, after it was revealed that Jackson had kissed another woman on a night out two months ago.

Jackson, 31, later posted a video on Instagram alongside Liv, saying she was “sick” when she kissed TikTok star Han Hughes in a bar in Melbourne.

In the same video, Olivia and Jackson confirmed that they would stay together.

“Let’s just take a second to jump in here to address what happened last weekend,” Jackson said at the time.

“It’s bullshit, I said to myself. All the negativity we’d been getting, the way I’d been dealing with it is to get drunk on the blackout, which makes no mistake, doesn’t it have an excuse.

“It’s not acceptable, it’s not the person I want to be. It’s not who I am.”

Jackson admitted he knew he had a problem and was trying to fix it.

“I’m looking for help to try to find new ways to combat my emotions and how to deal with this negativity,” she continued.

“It’s been crap, but I’m lucky to have Liv by my side and she’s been nothing but an angel through it all.”

Olivia smiled and said, “Ugh, it’s okay…”

“We’re staying together. We have a lot of caring to do, but in the end, we love each other and it’s not worth throwing away.”

Most recently, Olivia left for Europe on a trip without Jackson for a month, but made their long-distance romance work.
