Morrissey and her white Maltese poodle, Holly, were caught on camera at Kensington Station shortly after 7am this morning.
The 30-year-old had been missing since 7.30am yesterday, when she disappeared while walking her dog in Dandenong North.
Morrissey’s family went to look for her after she did not return home and immediately sounded the alarm with the police.
Relatives said his disappearance was “out of character.”
Earlier on Wednesday, police called a search and rescue specialist, police bicycles, police helicopter along with SES teams to assist with the search, which was previously focused on the Dandenong North area.
Speaking to the media today, Victoria Police Chief Sergeant Chris Savage said he was concerned about the woman’s well-being because of the “very cold conditions”.

“He just got his dog,” he said.
“According to the family, he is quite out of character. This is not something he would normally do.
