Toronto police are searching for three men after a ATM was stolen last week at a laundromat near the Mount Dennis neighborhood.
The incident happened in the Jane Street and Lambton Avenue area shortly after 6:30 a.m. on May 26.
Police said three men in their 20s arrived in a vehicle and broke into a laundromat.
Two of them entered the establishment and allegedly grabbed an ATM. Police said the suspects loaded him into his vehicle, described as a silver-plated Mercedes SUV without license plates and a rosary hanging from the rearview mirror, and left.
On Wednesday afternoon, police released part of a surveillance video of the incident, which showed two suspects armed with tools trying to open a coin machine inside the laundry.
The first suspect, police said, was wearing white slippers with a black label, dark navy blue track pants with a white “Hollister” logo on his knee, a dark navy blue hooded sweatshirt with a distinctive logo, a black surgical mask. gray gloves and a black baseball cap with the Hockey Canada logo.
Police said the second suspect was wearing black sneakers, gray pants, a dark navy blue sweatshirt with the Calvin Klein logo and hood up, a white surgical mask, white gloves on his left hand and an orange glove on his hand. right.
