Locky Gilbert and Irena Srbinovska are officially engaged.
The happy couple, who met on the Channel 10 dating series, confirmed the good news in a joint Instagram post on Saturday.
“Mrs. Gilbert has a good ring,” Irena, 32, captioned the post.

The couple engaged in front of Mackenzie Falls in Grampians National Park and shared a kiss in front of the waterfalls after Locky asked the question.
The couple were sturdy with active clothing and water jackets, indicating that they had gone hiking in the area.
Irena also showed off her stunning diamond engagement ring, which was from Larsen Jewelery.
Several reality stars posted good wishes in the comments, including Dom Thomas of Love Island, Anna Heinrich of The Bachelor, former Bachelorette Georgia Love and her husband Lee Elliott, and Survivor Star David Genat.

It comes after the couple bought their first home together in Perth.
The couple took to Instagram last month to share the exciting news – telling fans that renovations will begin soon.

The couple went on to say that they are happy to establish some roots after their long journeys since they fell in love with the show.
“We look forward to seeing what the future holds and it’s good to finally take root after all our travels,” they wrote.
“Now that the renovations are starting, but first a quick glass or two of celebration.”

The news comes just a month after the couple went off talking about a breakup after they stopped following each other strangely on Instagram.
Split rumors first surfaced in January, after Irena announced that she had left Locky in Perth and returned to her hometown of Melbourne.
Close friends of the couple previously told the Daily Mail Australia that they would not be surprised if they separated when he moved to Melbourne and decided to keep him discreet.

They also claimed that Irena had been “much more stressed than usual in recent weeks”.
Speaking to the Daily Mail Australia in April, Locky refuted allegations of a break-up.

Irena had moved from Perth to Melbourne in January, after telling fans she had been “sick of being away” from her family in Victoria.
The couple met in the eighth season of The Bachelor in 2020, with Locky choosing Irena instead of aspiring Instagram model Bella Varelis.

In an episode of SAS Australia in March, which was filmed last year, Locky fought back tears because he could not imagine life without Irena.
Locky and his companions were commissioned to write a “death letter” – a letter to their loved ones in the event of their death – as part of a brutal psychological challenge.
Although the challenge was done at SAS Australia for dramatic purposes, real-life Special Forces soldiers on the battlefield write similar letters in case they don’t get home alive.
