The long-awaited red arrow over Southampton has been canceled due to bad weather.
Lack of visibility prevents the plane from soaring into the sky.
As a result, all of the afternoon’s shows have been canceled, organizers confirmed.
The red arrows were to fly over Southampton docks at 4.35pm, just minutes after taking off from Exeter.
The announcement comes after this morning’s exhibitions in Torbay and Chinook were also canceled due to low clouds.

In a series of tweets, a spokesman for the English Riviera Airshow said that “there is simply no visibility needed” for the plane to fly safely.
They added: “We look forward to taking you on a flight today and we have had dedicated teams who have paid close attention to the conditions to find a gap in time to be able to do so, but unfortunately it has not been possible. ”
We are sorry and sorry to announce that there will be no flying exhibitions this afternoon.
While the weather is improving here in Paignton, it is not in Exeter and there is simply no visibility required to ensure safe display.

Despite the disappointing news, hundreds of people have flocked to Mayflower Park for the Big Platinum Festival.
Street parties and tea parties are still held throughout the city.
