A man is in serious condition in hospital after being assaulted in Co Down.
The victim, about 20 years old, was attacked in the Movilla Road area of Newtownards in the early hours of Sunday, June 5th.
Police said nine people were believed to have arrived in two vehicles just before the attack.

Detective Sergeant Cargin said: “It was reported shortly before 1.25am that a man had been seriously assaulted in the Movilla Road area.
“At that time he was inside a property in the area where it is believed that up to nine people arrived in two vehicles.
“The victim, about twenty years old, left the building, where he was attacked, with serious injuries. He was taken to the hospital for treatment.
“Our investigation into this incident is ongoing and we would appeal to anyone who was in the area at the time and had any information, including a dashboard or other images, to contact the police at 101 citing reference 176 of 5/6/22 “.
