Sadio Mane reports on his future in Liverpool
Thiago Alcantara reportedly offered Sadio Mane his home in Munich before his potential move to Bayern.
The Germans are preparing a second bid for the Liverpool winger after their initial £ 25million bid was rejected by the Reds. Mane has reportedly expressed a desire to leave the club and is reluctant to sign a new deal at Anfield which will end next summer.
Mane caused a stir over the weekend as he seemed to suggest that he would follow his nation’s will regarding his future, as most wanted to see him at a new club. He said: “I respect the fans and the team, but between 60 and 70 percent of Senegalese want him to leave Liverpool? I will do whatever they want.”

And the Daily Mail claims that Thiago, who played for Bayern between 2013 and 2020 before moving to Liverpool, has offered Mane to use his Munich mansion in the event of a move. The report says that the Spaniard has already talked to his partner about a possible arrangement.
Following Mané’s controversial comments on international duty, the Liverpool star was once again put in the spotlight by a journalist, who asked: “So, Sadio – Bayern, Real Madrid or Barcelona?” after his hat-trick in Senegal’s 3-1 win over Benin on Saturday, when he became his country’s top scorer.
“You know you’ve got me in trouble, you’ve got me in trouble right now with Liverpool fans,” Mane replied with a smile. “But hey, you know I’m not a fan of these teams. My club is Marseille. I’d rather say Marseille.”

Mane has now tried to clarify his position, adding: “I was joking yesterday with a bit of humor and I was everywhere. I think we will stop here. Liverpool are a very respectful club. The fans left me. “From the first day, we’ll see.”
Former Liverpool defender Jose Enrique has been critical of Mané’s comments and calls on the striker to be honest with the club and fans about his future.
“The worst excuse I’ve ever heard from a player to leave a club,” Enrique wrote. “It is and will continue to be a legend for us, but please, Sadio, you want to leave because you are being paid more elsewhere and it is fair but with the excuse of the Senegalese people.”
