Boris Johnson must cut taxes and start drilling for British oil if he wants to save his post as Prime Minister, Lord Frost has said.
The former Brexit secretary compared the number 10 to “the cockpit of a crashing plane” where “all the lights on the dashboard flicker red” and said the prime minister was at risk of being forced to autumn.
