Britney Spears and Sam Asghari have been granted a restraining order against her ex-husband Jason Alexander after he tried to block the bride and groom’s wedding on Thursday, according to page Six.
“Fortunately, Alexander is in jail and under an emergency protection order,” Spears attorney Matthew Rosengart tells us.
“I want to thank Sergeant Cyrus Zadeh, Detective Ken Michaelson and the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office for their quick and good work, and I look forward to working with law enforcement to ensure that Alexander is prosecuted aggressively. and we hope he is convicted, as he should be. “
The former federal prosecutor adds: “This was a scandalous security breach, of which I am furious, but fortunately Britney is safe and was an impressive and happy bride.”
Alexander, 40, has been ordered to stay at least 100 meters from Spears, 40, Asghari, 28, and his farm in Thousand Oaks, California.
According to a copy of the order obtained by Page Six, the Louisiana native has “continuously entered” the property of the pop icon and was warned on Thursday that “he was not welcome.”
The report also states that he was armed with a knife when he entered Spears’ home on the big day.
Alexander broadcast live on Instagram when he entered the mansion and was seen beating several security personnel.

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office responded quickly and made the arrest.
“Jason Alexander has been handcuffed, arrested and arrested. I express my gratitude to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department for their prompt response and good work,” Rosengart told Page Six exclusively at the time.
“I am working closely with law enforcement to ensure that Mr. Alexander is prosecuted aggressively to the fullest extent of the law.”
Alexander was then charged with assault, vandalism and assault.
He was arrested on $ 2,500 bail because he also had an open order for embezzlement of large theft and possession of stolen property, according to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office. The bail was set at an additional $ 20,000 for these charges.
The appearance for the emergency protection order filed against Alexander is scheduled for Monday at 1:30 p.m., and we have been told that Rosengart is scheduled to attend.

Alexander married Spears for just 55 hours in 2004 after a makeshift wedding in Las Vegas.
He has since faced a number of legal issues, such as violating a protection order and harassing an unidentified woman in December 2021. He pleaded guilty to these charges on January 4 and was ordered who had served almost a year on parole.
In January 2021, Alexander was arrested for driving under the influence and, in August, again for breaking security protocols at an airport.
