Police are investigating a report of an attempted kidnapping of children in Poole on Friday.
Dorset police officers received reports of an attempted kidnapping of minors on Evering Avenue around 3pm yesterday Friday 10th June.
A woman was walking with her four-month-old baby in a stroller when two men approached her in a white van.
The men got out of the vehicle, grabbed the stroller and tried to pull the baby out of it, a Dorset police spokesman said.

The woman kicked one of the men and they got back in the van, leaving the baby unharmed.
One of the men is described as white, six feet and two inches tall, about 30 years old and of medium build with short dark brown hair.
He was wearing a black vest, black pants and black slippers, and had a tattoo on his right hand.
The second man is described as white, six feet and two inches tall and of medium build with a short stubble. He also wore black clothes and a fine silver chain around his neck.

Detective Inspector Katie Starkie of Bournemouth CID said: “This was understandably a very distressing incident for the mother involved and we have started a full investigation.
“It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.
“Our house – to – house consultations include a review of CCTV footage in the area and forensic work.
“I urge all residents with home CCTV systems or doorbell cameras, as well as all motorists with dashboard cameras in the area, to please check their pictures to find anything that might help our research.
“I am grateful that reports of this nature may be of concern to the local community.
“There will be a greater police presence in the area as we continue to investigate this incident and anyone with information or concerns can approach officers.”
