Floral tributes were left at the door of a house where a woman was found dead.
Police and paramedics were called to Brook Hey Drive in Northwood, Kirkby, on Saturday to report that a 38-year-old woman had died. Detectives remained at the scene Sunday while working to find out what happened and how he died.
The investigation is said to be in its early stages and police are asking anyone with information to contact them. Today bouquets of flowers and handwritten messages have been placed on the door of a house while ECHO readers reached out to social media to pay tribute to the woman.

Karen Louise Jones said, “RIP heartbreaking, beautiful, my thoughts are with your x family.”
Norma Threlfall said, “So sad and so young thinking of her whole family at this sad time xxx.”

Detective Inspector Alyson Keenan said: “It is with great sadness that we confirm that a 38-year-old woman was found dead on a Brook Hey Drive property. We are in the early stages of the investigation as we seek to establish what happened and how. he died.
“We urge anyone who has seen or knows anything that might help with the investigation to contact us.”
