The PSNI has advised motorists to be aware of roadblocks and traffic delays in the area on concert dates.

“We remind those who plan to attend the shows that they plan their trip to and from the concert in advance. Here are some things that will help you in the day. If you drink, do it responsibly, stay with your friends, and take care of each other.
“If you plan to take a lift home after the concert with a friend or family member, please note that the concert organizers have requested a series of road closures that will see Annadale Embankment from the Ormeau Road junction, passing at the Ravenhill Road junction, which is closed between 4pm and midnight. This is to ensure the safe exit of the locals. “
He continued: “Please agree on your collection points, bearing in mind that this road will be closed to traffic, which may cause alterations to the general area. Arrange pick-up points away from the immediate area and please respect local residents.
