The first trailer for Willow, the upcoming Disney + fantasy series, has been shown in Star Wars Celebration 2022.
The Disney + series is being produced by Ron Howard and will once again feature Warwick Davies as Willow Ufgood, a dwarf and wizard from Nelwyn. During last year’s Disney Plus Day it was confirmed that Willow would be released this November, so don’t wait too long.
The next sequel is set 20 years after the original Willow film of 1988 on which it is based. In the original story, an aspiring magician and a girl destroy an evil queen and banish the forces of darkness. Now, the new series will focus on three new heroines who leave their kingdoms in search of the famous wizard, Willow.
Joanne Whalley will reprise her role as Sorsha alongside newcomer Ruby Cruz, who plays Kit Sorsha, Erin Kellyman who plays Jade, Kit’s best friend who grew up as an orphan in the castle and is trying to become a knight. and Ellie Bamber, who plays. Willow will head to Disney + on November 30, 2022.
