Both events took place while Sir Elton was playing the piano and playing the hits, the assault took place shortly after it started at 7.30pm, and the drunk and messy man was arrested at 9.30pm when the concert was over.
Sir Elton arrived in Norfolk at 2.50pm when his Bombardier Global Express 6000 landed at Norwich Airport.
The doors opened at 4.30pm, when fans were able to take their seats to eat and drink before Sir Elton arrived on stage at 7pm.
The singer then performed a career set that included some of his best-known tracks, including Saturday Night’s Alright For Fighting and I’m Still Standing.
Fans of the extravagant pop star had a long wait for the concert after it was rescheduled due to the Covid pandemic.
