Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry reached the NBA Holy Grail on Thursday, winning his fourth NBA championship with a 103-90 loss to the Celtics in Boston.

And he helped bring the tired metaphor home by drinking a royal golden chalice during the dressing room celebration. The video from inside the Warriors locker room showed Curry with his Finals MVP trophy in one hand and his golden cup of celebration in the other, with champagne sprinkled on him as he deservedly drank his glass.

A SFGATE review of the locker room images reveals that the glass probably came from a champagne tub by Moet Chandon and was not the only one: several are seen floating in the tub in a live Instagram video of Moses Moody and lined up in a pack of NBA clips. the celebration. They are also later seen lying on the ground in an NBA Instagram clip.

Bob Myers was later seen drinking barefoot in shorts and a T-shirt.

The whole scene was well deserved by Indiana Jones of the Warriors. Curry overcame a seemingly unbeaten Celtics defense, with 31.2 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists per game during the finals. He became the 4th player to average 30-5-5 several times in the final, joining Michael Jordan, LeBron James and Jerry West. And he celebrated Thursday before taking the Warriors to their fourth title in eight seasons and often, with a third-quarter mockery, tears even before the final bell rang and a party in the locker room for all ages.
