Hundreds of people celebrate Juneteenth 2022 in NE Portland
Bagpipe sounds, three-wheelers, soul and funk music and lively cheerleaders sounded Saturday morning in the Northeast neighborhood of Portland as more than 500 people led a parade by Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, celebrating the city’s 50th annual Juneteenth Oregon Festival.
