The IWM Duxford Summer Air Show continues after a “minor incident” with planes

The long-awaited IWM Duxford Summer Air Show will take place as planned after a “minor incident” with a plane this morning (June 19).

Firefighters and a crane were spotted at the scene and have now been cleaned up, according to show authorities. Fortunately, no one was injured and the sold-out show could go on without any problems.

A Dragon Rapide plane was seen away from spectators with damage that looked like it had crashed. An eyewitness said: “It looks like a plane has landed its nose first, the end is in the air, two fire trucks, presumably from the airfield and a crane.”
