Holly Willoughby will begin renovations of her £ 2.8 million home in west London as planners have given her approval to expand it.
But the move may not be good for the presenter’s neighbors, who have been less than satisfied with the 41-year-old man’s various planning requests over the years.
Since buying the house in 2011 with her husband Daniel Baldwin, Holly has had a number of setbacks to renovating it, as she became entangled in a series of “ugly” rows with neighbors.
Messy Feathers: Holly Willoughby will begin renovations to her £ 2.8 million home in west London, to the dismay of her neighbors, with whom she has had several fights over the years.
Hopefully the presenter can put herself on the sweeter side of her neighbors, as Richard Eden of the Daily Mail has revealed that planners have given their approval for an extension of the first floor of the six-bedroom house, which is located in a leafy conservation area.
Holly shares the luxury home with her husband Daniel and their three children: Harry, 12, Belle, 11, and Chester, seven.
But the news comes after previous disputes with locals, who have complained about noise disruption, local wildlife and loss of privacy.

Amended? Hopefully the presenter can put herself on the sweeter side of her neighbors, as Richard Eden of the Daily Mail has revealed that planners have given their approval for an extension of the first floor of the six-bedroom house.
Mishap: Since she bought the house in 2011 with her husband Daniel Baldwin (pictured), Holly has had a number of setbacks renovating it, as she became entangled in a series of “ugly” rows with neighbors.
Neighbor Liliana Velez has previously spoken out on the matter, telling The Sun: “Having noise all week for so many months is not the standard of living in such an expensive area to live in.”
“I don’t pay taxes to achieve that level of disruption, it’s not quality of life,” he explained.
While another local, Julie Halstead, added, “Further development under the proposal would severely affect the character and nature of this part of the road and the community.”
And it seems that the presenter has never been seen in the face of her neighbors, after in 2013 an anonymous letter was sent accusing her of “keeping the whole neighborhood with drunk behavior last night.”

Children: He also shares the house with his three children: Harry, 12, Belle, 11, and Chester, seven.
But her husband Daniel was furious at the accusation, claiming it was not true and looking for an explanation from the unknown sender.
The TV producer sent a letter in hopes of getting help from his neighbors to unmask the culprit, but it seemed to irritate them even more.
Neighbor David Moss told MailOnline in 2013, “We were surprised by this perverse intrusive email, in which they are said to be good neighbors, when we had huge trucks blocking the sidewalk six days a week.”
Hopefully the couple has built some bridges in the area as their renovations begin.

Furious: After the couple became entangled in another neighboring fight in 2013, accusing Holly of drunken crossings, her husband Daniel was furious at the accusation, claiming it was not true and seeking an explanation from the unknown sender.
