A man has died after a light plane crashed Sunday afternoon into a paddock west of Brisbane.
Emergency services say paramedics were called to the scene, near Bowenville, northwest of Toowoomba, shortly after 2:15 p.m.
Police say the pilot, a man in his 60s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Initial investigations indicate the plane crashed into power lines on Malu Road.
Police are investigating.
