The photo-sharing platform, owned by Meta, Instagram has announced that Reels is being introduced at various endpoints of the Instagram platform. The platform said it seeks to improve its experiences of posting and consuming content, whether people use Instagram natively or through a third party. .
“After constantly hearing from our developer community that Reels is a top priority, we are excited to introduce Reels to a number of endpoints that you may already be familiar with,” the company said in the blog post a developer.
“We will expand the scope of roller support to Content Publishing, Insights, Comment Moderation, Tag Search, Business Discovery, Mentions, Promote API, Instagram Basic Display API,” he added. This API upgrade will be available for the current version. and all previous versions of the Graph API.
Rollers will be automatically available to developers who already have access to the applicable APIs. The application will not need to go through an additional application review, as long as your application has already been approved for the appropriate permission access levels.
