The Spurs close out offers for Richarlison from Everton and Lenglet from Barcelona

Tottenham are about to agree a deal to buy Richarlison at Everton. The striker is a key target for Antonio Conte, who wants to give more depth to his attack, and negotiations on the transfer are about to end.

Everton have resisted for around £ 50 million and have previously been brilliant in the Spurs ’attempts to include players like Dutch winger Steven Bergwijn in an exchange deal. Bergwijn is a goal for Ajax.

The signing would be a boost for Conte. Richarlison, who played a major role in helping Everton keep up, wants to join the Spurs and is keen to play in the Champions League. It has also been a goal for Chelsea, although they have not made any move for him.

Tottenham are also close to an agreement to bring defender Clément Lenglet on loan from Barcelona for the season. The 27-year-old, who has 15 games in France, started seven La Liga games in the 2021-22 campaign.

West Ham are advancing talks with Villarreal over a deal to sign Arnaut Danjuma. A fee has yet to be agreed or personal terms have been discussed, but confidence is growing that West Ham will sign the Dutch winger for a fee of around 40 million euros (34.5 million pounds) more add-ons.

David Moyes wants additions in attack and is interested in signing a versatile striker. Danjuma can play on the left or in the middle.
