A Toronto man charged after a deadly shooting in Brampton

A man has been arrested after another man was shot dead in a Brampton car park earlier this month, according to Peel regional police.

On June 5, officers responded to a shooting in the industrial area of ​​Alfred Kuehne and Advance Boulevards at 4:16 p.m.

A man was found lying on the ground in a parking lot with a gunshot wound, police said.

He was rushed to a life-threatening trauma center and then succumbed to his injuries.

The victim has been identified as Alberto Suman-Ossa, 38, of Maple.

Police said they made an arrest Wednesday in connection with the homicide.

Toronto-based Sheldon McFarlane, 40, has been charged with second-degree murder.
