Gravenhurst police say they are investigating the death of a man who was reported missing Friday.
According to the OPP, a 67-year-old man was reported missing shortly after 10 p.m. He was last seen on Wednesday, June 29, 2022.
Members of the Central Region Emergency Response Team, the Canine Unit and the Underwater Research and Recovery Unit began searching for the man and discovered his body around 12 noon on Friday in the Kahshe River .
Police do not suspect a bad act in the death, believing it is not suspicious.
An autopsy is scheduled to determine how he died.
