The Toronto Police Service is requesting public assistance in locating a wanted man in an assault investigation.

It is alleged that one man assaulted another person on several occasions between October 1, 2021 and June 22, 2022.
Dustin Finlay, 40, of Toronto, is wanted for six counts of assault; two crimes of assault with a weapon; six charges of suffocation; six charges of non-parole; five charges of forced confinement; two misdemeanor charges of less than $ 500; thieves; three charges of total threats / death or bodily harm and intentionally causing pain, suffering or unnecessary injury to the animal.
