A source close to Amber Heard has offered a forceful response to Kate Moss denying that Johnny Depp pushed her down the stairs during their relationship in the 1990s.

And when the jury deliberates on the singular issue in this case, whether Amber Heard can exercising their right to freedom of expression will be zero for two, no matter how much their lawyers try to distract and divert the jury’s attention.
Ms Moss’s name appeared in the courtroom earlier this month during Ms Heard’s testimony, when she described a time when Depp allegedly “[swung] to her sister as she turned her back on a ladder.
Ms Heard said this reminded her of another incident during which she alleges Mr Depp pushed Ms Moss down the stairs while they were leaving in the 1990s.
“Just in my head, I think instantly of Kate Moss and the stairs,” Mrs. Heard said.
