“Welcome to the world, beautiful Olive Rita Porter Jolly. You are such a special gift and we love you so much,” she wrote.
Darren, who starred in The Block with his ex-wife Deanne after retiring from football, made public his relationship with Lucy in November 2020.
He separated from Deanne in September 2019. They share two daughters together.
Jolly played in 237 games and was part of the Swans and Magpies teams that won the 2005 and 2010 grand finals respectively.
