Warning: For details on potential details for the first expansion of Cyberpunk 2077, go back now.
It looks like Cyberpunk 2077 is about to become much bigger after the game’s expansion in 2023.
According to VGC, the details of the still untitled expansion have been leaked online, pointing to inaccessible areas of the main game that are opening for the first time.
The combat zone, an area of the Pacific region that was mentioned in the main game but remains closed, is said to be open to new expansion. The area was previously featured in the Cyberpunk art book 2077. In addition, the Sports Dome, another large, inaccessible area of the main game, will finally open. It is said that this area will host one of the main new missions of the expansion.
The leaked files have already circulated on social media, and also reveal some details about the new content of the expansion. According to reports, the DLC will follow Songbird, a character previously drawn from the main game.
Although the leak seems incomplete, the expansion is said to include several new side missions as well as seven main missions. According to users who have seen the leaked files, the expansion will also include repair missions, world stories, and encounters with new worlds.
It also appears that there seems to be very little in the way of Johnny Silverhand’s new dialogues, which has led to speculation that there may have been a problem with Keanu Reeves’ availability to produce this expansion. . Instead, there are several cases of other characters who “silence” Johnny.
That said, the new expansion includes some changes at the end of the game, with V and Johnny Silverhand now referring to the events of the expansion if completed. The expansion is currently aimed at a 2023 release date, with a large proportion of CD Projekt Red developers working on it.
