THIS is when a model aspirant is filmed by a “creepy” man on a train, before she pulls out her phone and starts recording it.
Shinae, 21, from Te Awamutu on the North Island of New Zealand, explained her horror after realizing that the man sitting in front of her was blatantly filming him with his Phone.

Talking to the sun, the young woman explained that she got on a train at Valley station in Queensland, Australia, and that she was going to see a friend.
“I got on the train and noticed it was an empty wagon, but I saw a man get on from the same station and sit in front of me.
“I didn’t think much of it,” Shinae said.
She ignored the male passenger until she pulled out her phone and started filming.
“I was on the phone when I noticed that he was looking at me. I ignored him, but when I looked up again to see if he was looking the other way, I saw his phone pointing at me. I immediately felt uncomfortable. “
The awkward act lasted 20 minutes.
Shinae posted videos of the entire incident on her TikTok page, describing how the two made eye contact as she continued to record it.
“He saw me looking in his direction, but he kept filming,” Shinae said of the incident.
Although the man did not say a word during the awkward incident, the young model said he was still looking at her.
“He didn’t bother with communication. I thought about dealing with him, but being alone I didn’t want to take the risk in case he reacted badly and acted.”
“So I decided to do the same thing with him. I thought that if I do the same thing and he doesn’t react, maybe I’m overreacting.”
As soon as the girl turned the phone to the man and started recording it, he got up casually and left before getting off at the next station.
“I was very anxious while holding the phone. I recorded a total of 13 seconds and immediately went down and down to the next station,” he said.
“It’s not great to know you’re not safe during the day on public transportation. It’s really disappointing that this keeps happening,” Shinae added.
As soon as Shinae arrived at her destination, she immediately called her friend to let her know that she had arrived, in case “someone might be waiting for me at one of the empty stations in front of me.”
“You never know if you might be filming and telling someone at which station you’re going down. Or what you might be doing with the video.”
After Shinae posted the video to Tiktok, she received a barrage of disgusting comments from users and was forced to delete the video.
“It’s as disappointing as women can feel scared and insecure just in public, living day to day,” she said.
“We have to let it be known that this is not right and if we continue to ignore this and let it happen, it will only get worse.”
Shinae added: “It can happen to your mother, daughter, sister or anyone. It’s sad that as women we have to condition ourselves to endure such degrading things, and people are so surprised when we talk.”
“In civilized society, we should not be on the sidelines when we go in public. Stop it and denounce it as soon as it happens.”
Since then, the young woman has sent her video to the train station where they both embarked in the Waikato region in the hope that staff and local authorities could identify him.
