Maya Henry’s friends have criticized the suggestions that she and Liam broke up a month ago and say she has shown “zero respect” for him.
Friends of the 21-year-old model are said to have gathered around her after her breakup with the former One Direction star.
A source close to Maya told The Mirror that reports of her separation a month ago are “total rubbish”.
“His friends are gathered around him,” they said.

It was reported that the couple decided to separate last month after canceling their engagement in June 2021.
Confirmation of her separation came after photos of Liam with her arms around American model Aliana Mawla, 24, appeared on a Instagram fan account on Monday.

After the pictures came out, the model wrote, “I love all the fans, but please stop sending me these photos of my fiancé wrapped around another woman.
“It’s not me and it’s hard enough to know that this happened without seeing it. That’s enough.”
Aliana is a 24-year-old model and influencer who starred in the music video for Liam’s song ‘Familiar’.

A source close to Liam told MailOnline that the couple ended their relationship a month ago and that “Maya’s comments referring to Liam as her fiancé are false and very misleading.”
Liam’s representatives confirmed that the singer had separated from Maya.
During an interview with People, Liam admitted that the couple had been “albeit very” in confinement, but that he had sorted things out.
“I think we went through a lot with COVID. I feel like we came out on the other side a little stronger.
“Most of the couples who have been married for years have been fighting, right? So, I mean, we’re still very happy to be here together today.”
Liam and Maya reunited in July last year, just a month after their engagement was suspended.

The singer asked Maya to marry him in 2020, just a year after the couple started dating.
Maya and Liam had known each other for years, but first met at a One Direction fan reunion and greeting event when she was just 15 years old.
The singer had a previous relationship with former Girls Aloud member and X Factor presenter Cheryl Cole, 38, between 2016 and 2019. Her son, Bear, was born in March 2017.
