Emergency services are heading for a serious shipping incident involving up to 25 people off the coast of Kimberley.
Several tourists have been injured in what is believed to have been a boat dumped at the famous Horizontal Falls, about 100 miles north of Derby.
Broome Hospital is waiting to receive patients, while other hospitals, medical services and planes in Kimberley are ready to help.
The Royal Flying Doctor Service is attending the scene.

A tourist spot
Horizontal Falls, a landmark tourist site in the north, hosts regular jet boat trips for the fast-moving Kimberley tides.
Waterfalls are a natural phenomenon where 10 meters of water come out of two narrow chasms in Talbot Bay.
Named Garaangaddim by traditional owners, the waterfalls have been described by David Attenborough as “one of the greatest natural wonders in the world”.
The coastline is, however, treacherous with high tides, eddies and strong currents.
The marine park attracts thousands of fans of emotional thrills every year, with the urge to ride a jet boat or take a plane flight over the spectacular area.
