The Surrey RCMP is seeking public assistance as they search for a woman suspected of stabbing another woman inside the Guildford location of a Canadian royal shop at 14600 Block 14600.
Police arrived at the scene around 12.55pm on Thursday, where officers found the victim with stab wounds. She was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Police released a photo of the suspect, who is described as a 30-year-old woman with long dark hair. They say he was wearing a navy blue V-neck shirt, black pants, white shoes and a blue wallet.
Investigators do not believe the suspect and the victim were known and have not determined the motive for the attack.

“There were employees of the store who were at the scene who provided first aid to the victim,” said Surrey RCMP spokesman Cpl. Vanessa Munn.
“We recognize that there is a public safety concern given the fact that these parties are not believed to know each other or that there was a conflict that initiated this incident.”
Investigators say they are actively talking to witnesses and have obtained CCTV footage of the incident.
