The new NZXT N5 and N7 series motherboards are ready to run on Intel’s new 12th generation “Alder Lake” CPUs. NZXT comes in a black and white theme with its new N5 and N7 series motherboards, with the high-end N7 Z690 motherboard with a white metal color on most of the board.
NZXT drops the metal cover of the N5 Z690, as well as its overclocking capability, with the company saying it is a “reduced design with excellent cost-performance in mind.” The high-end N7 has “an extra overclocking margin due to more VRM phases (12 v 8 on the N5)”, as well as a “2 oz copper printed circuit board for better thermal conduction “.
- PCIe Gen 5
- NZXT CAM support with RGB hub and fan controller
- Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity
- N7 includes extra overclocking margin due to more VRM phases (12v 8 on N5)
- N7 uses a 2 oz copper printed circuit board for better thermal conduction
- INTUITIVE CONTROLS: The N Series motherboards include key features of our RGB controller and fan, which allow intuitive control of four RGB lighting channels and seven fan channels via NZXT CAM. Lighting accessories from all manufacturers are supported.
- ACCESSORIES IN THE BOX: The metal cover is available in white or black for a perfect look that combines with the bottom of any NZXT case for a unique aesthetic. Your construction should be an expression of your tastes, something that complements the space and the feeling of the workspace you create. A computer build is not just a mix of parts, it is something you build, learn and enjoy.
- EASIER CONSTRUCTION: N-Series motherboards include 6E Wi-Fi connectivity and use all available PCI Express lanes from the CPU and chipset. The layout of the N7 and N5 streamlines installation with an integrated rear I / O protector and optimally placed headers for easier configuration.
NZXT charges $ 300 for its new N7 Z690 and $ 240 for the N5 Z690.
