Prince George may be ahead of Princess Charlotte on the throne, but the future king’s little sister takes her royal role seriously.
As the brothers watched the Platinum Jubilee Contest parade on Sunday from the balcony of Buckingham Palace, the 7-year-old princess noticed her 8-year-old brother’s hand resting on the ledge.
Charlotte immediately shook George’s hand and told him to correct his posture. The heir did so, moving his hands to his side.

The eldest sons of Prince William and Kate Middleton made many more appearances as they celebrated Queen Elizabeth’s 70th year of service, including an official visit to Wales on Saturday.
As they went to the Trooping the Color procession in a carriage on Thursday, the little ones joined their younger brother, Prince Louis.
When the 4-year-old greeted the audience, Charlotte was also in charge of sweetly correcting him. After the princess put her own hand on her lap, she approached to drop Louis.

Charlotte stayed with her younger brother later as they made their appearance on the balcony with the 96-year-old monarch and other family members.

Middleton, 40, leaned over to talk to Louis as he continued to steal the show with his silly expressions. Charlotte and George, on the other hand, got along well.
As he closed the weekend festivities with the popular pageant on Sunday, Louis provoked even more memes by making him angry and making his mother laugh.
The little boy covered the Duchess of Cambridge’s mouth and stuck out his tongue before he went to take a break. When Louis returned to his seat, he asked to sit with Prince Charles and laughed at his 73-year-old grandfather’s lap.
William, 39, and Middleton mocked Louis’s crossings on his Monday Instagram post reflecting on the Jubilee.
“We all had an amazing time, especially Louis … 👀,” the royal family wrote.
