He revealed in his new Amazon Prime Backstage With Katherine Ryan series to his comedian partner Sara Pascoe, 41, that Kathryn said she also knew the alleged predator.
She told him, “I raised it. I called him a predator in the face and in front of everyone every day.”
But he also said, “What am I supposed to do? It’s such a mess because I have no evidence.
“What, I’m not supposed to feed my kids because of someone else?”
Kathryn Ryan has appeared on several well-known shows, including Have I Got News For You, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, 8 Out Of 10 Cats, Mock The Week, and A League Of Their Own.
Sara, 41, also admitted to reporting a male celebrity on a TV channel after receiving a phone call from a viewer claiming she had been raped by him.
She said, “Have you ever done a job and then someone contacted you and said, ‘This is my rapist’?
“I recently had it in a job where I had to go to the channel, and all this because you feel a sense of responsibility but you also want it to be addressed well … it’s very complicated.”
Ryan joins several high-profile women who are accused of sexual predators, including film star Gwyneth Paltrow, 49, and model Cara Delevingne, 29.
They both shared experiences of being abused by disgraced film producer Harvey Weinstein, 70.
And last year, Doctor Who star Noel Clarke, 46, was charged with palpitations, harassment and bullying after 20 women protested.
He denied allegations of sexual harassment and last month said the charges left him suicidal.
Met police were hit hard after the force abandoned its investigation in March.
Former BBC Radio 1 DJ Tim Westwood, 64, was also charged with sexual misconduct by several women in April.
He left his Capital Xtra program after the allegations.
