A 23-year-old man has died after his car crashed into a tree near Driffield in East Yorkshire.
Humberside police are investigating the crash that occurred shortly before 8 a.m. Friday. The car veered off Driffield Road, between Kilham and Rudston Parva, and struck the tree.
Citizens rushed to try to help the man, but he died tragically due to the injuries he suffered at the scene. This is the second fatal accident in the region this weekend after an 18-year-old man died in an accident a few miles north of Driffield. Another man is fighting for his life in the hospital.

Police are urging all witnesses or those with board camera images to come forward. The victim’s family has been informed.
A police spokesman said: “The investigation is underway after a man was killed in a collision in East Yorkshire on Friday. The collision took place at around 7.55am on Driffield Road between Kilham and Rudston Parva. , when a black Seat Leon veered off the road and crashed into a tree.
“A 23-year-old man, who was driving the car at the time of the collision, was declared sadly dead at the scene. His family has been informed and is being supported by specially trained agents, our thoughts are with them at this time.difficult time.
“The agents want to thank the citizens who came to the assistance of the driver involved in the collision. Now we are calling for anyone who has seen the collision, or for anyone who has images from the dashboard or having seen the vehicle before the collision.
