A child has died after falling from the seventh floor of a tower in Leeds.
The one-year-old boy fell from a window on Saville Green’s apartment in the Burmantofts area.
Emergency services were called shortly after 1 p.m. on Saturday.
The boy was taken to hospital, but his death was confirmed shortly afterwards.
West Yorkshire police are investigating. In a statement, the force said: “At 13.25 on Saturday 2 July, the ambulance service contacted police assisting Saville Green in Leeds, where a child had fallen from the window. a flat.

An air ambulance was called to the tower block.
