Shots were fired at a house causing damage to the brick and door.
Police are currently conducting investigations in Springvale Close after they were called to report shots fired around 10:50 p.m., Monday, June 6th. At the scene, in Kirkby, officers found that the shots had penetrated a wall and a door of a house. .
The suspect, or suspects, is believed to have moved away from the scene in the direction of Dagnall Road after the shooting. Officers have since confirmed that no shooting-related injuries have been reported.

An investigation has been launched and officers have conducted CCTV, forensic and witness investigations at the scene. Patrols are also active in the area, as Merseyside police say they want to reassure the local community. They believe the attack was a target.
Detective Chief Inspector Rachel Wilson said: “We are in the early stages of this investigation. We are interested in speaking to any witnesses or anyone with any information. We understand the fear of gun crimes and me. I would like to reassure the community that we believe this was a targeted attack, which we are investigating in depth.
“Firearms have no place on the streets of Merseyside and we remain committed to eliminating them and the people who decide to take them. It is absolutely vital that we receive all the information from those communities that feel the impact of gun crimes.” so that we can bring those responsible to justice.
“This happened in a residential area and there are likely to be people who witnessed the incident or know who is responsible. I would call anyone who was in Springvale Close last night and saw anything or anyone suspected of contacting police.
“Similarly, if you are driving around the area and have images from the dashboard camera, check them out and tell us if you see anything. The information you have could be vital to our investigation.
“Shooting a gun on a residential street is extremely reckless and dangerous and could have led to more tragic circumstances. So if you know anything, please let us know and we will take action against those responsible.”
