Peachland police incident

There is a large police presence this evening in Peachland.
Witnesses in the area around Garraway Place indicate that more than a dozen RCMP vehicles, including the Emergency Response Team (ERT), have been down in the neighborhood for the past 90 minutes.
Several RCMP agents with unsheathed weapons can also be seen in the area.
A neighbor in the area says police helicopter has also been seen circling the area.
Images sent to Castanet show that the front door of a house at 6033 Garraway Place has opened.
It appears officers and police dogs entered the house once the door was broken, but police were not seen escorting anyone out of the house.
Castanet has contacted the RCMP for comment.
