A 43-year-old man drowned in Chesapeake Bay on Sunday after being caught by a stream, police said.
Maryland Natural Resources Police officers responded around 12:30 p.m. to a call in Sandy Point State Park after the man jumped into the bay to cool off and was dragged away, a police spokesman.
