A man is appearing in court for an alleged crash in Freeling, North Adelaide

A 28-year-old man from Waikerie who has been accused of leaving the scene of a collision with a motorcyclist has not applied for bail when he first appeared in court today.

Jordan Lee Harry Fisher was arrested last night at Brahma Lodge, north of Adelaide, and appeared in Elizabeth Magistrates’ Court this afternoon.

Morphett Vale’s 40-year-old motorist was seriously injured when he collided with a vehicle that police say was driving Mr. Fisher on Thiele Road in Freeling, north Adelaide, on Sunday.

On Monday, police said the driver of the vehicle got out of the vehicle and spoke to witnesses before leaving, leaving a trailer.

Police charged Mr. Fisher from causing damage by dangerous driving, leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a permit.

He was arrested and will return to court in September.
